Training Manager
Colm Healy manages our training team and delivers TTM’s internal Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training nationally. Colm, having had a career of 30 years in social care, is a former Director of Cottage Homes, one of Dublin’s largest providers of residential services to young people in care and brings a wealth of experience which he shares with our locum staff.
Social Care Manager
Gerard Soosay is employed as a Social Care Manager within TTM. He has over 20 year’s experience in social care having worked in both the statutory and private sector in Ireland and abroad. A trained mediator, Gerard also provides critical incident debriefs and supervisions for TTM staff within the social care setting. Among others, his role within the organisation includes staff training in child protection and welfare.
