TTM Social Care provides qualified, experienced and fully vetted Social Care and Social Workers to the Public, Private and Voluntary sector. Also Qualified Youth workers, Respite workers, workers in the ID sector, Homeless & Community workers.
- Our workers are available to cover last minute sickness, annual leave, planned cover/gaps in Roster.
- We can provide a full staff team for last minute or planned referrals.
- Outsourced Relief Panel management, including staff cover, HR solutions, Quality (training/supervisions), Payroll management (References available from existing customers)
- Flat hourly rate, no extra cost for Sundays or Bank Holidays.
- 24/7 On call service with no extra cost.
Quality and Assurance
- Policies and practices are in adherence with the Children’s First National Guidelines 1999, National Standards for Residential Care 2001, Child Care Act 1991, Child Care (Placement of children in residential care) Regulations 1995 and Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, among others.
- TTM have an experienced and qualified Social Care Manager to provide the ‘cutting edge’ to our Social Care services.
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (T.C.I) and Child Protection training for our staff as well as in -house supervision.

TTM’s “Full House” Recruitment involves everything – From advertising, interviews, compliance and training to start dates. TTM can recruit staff at all levels for the registration of a new house within your service. The whole process will be managed by your assigned TTM Project Manager, all you have to do is turn up for the interviews and we will do everything else...
We recruit Managers, Team Leaders, Social Care Workers and AHP Staff as per requirement.
All staff recruited through TTM’s “Full House” process will be fully compliant in line with HIQA and National standards. You will be provided with a full copy of staff file prior to start date.
TTM can provide TCI training and Child Protection training to Managers, Team Leaders and Social Care Staff at no additional cost. TTM can also facilitate any other training that staff might require. Costs vary according to needs and you don’t pay a penny until your staff start!!
