Once you have selected a candidate RecruitSafe can then begin the process of assembling a Personnel File. We specialise solely in the processing, screening and vetting of Candidates.

The vetting industry is still in its infancy compared to the US and the UK and our aim is to increase awareness about best practice and develop stronger practices in order to improve protection for your business, yourself and your service users.

We are experts in the Health and Social Care Sector in providing a Vetting and Background checking system. Our parent company, TTM, works with the HSE, Voluntary Bodies and Private providers throughout Ireland and has a number of years of experience recruiting and vetting staff from all over the world.
