It is imperative that all Doctors who register for work with TTM provide documentary evidence of all qualifications and registrations. Our specialist compliance team will use their expertise to guide you through the process.

Please find below a list of documents that you will need to send to us in order to complete your registration.

  • Curriculum Vitae – reverse chronological order, with all gaps in employment accounted for.
  • Pre-Placement Health Declaration Form
  • Photo-I.D eg Passport
  • 2 X passport sized photographs for TTM ID badge
  • Irish Medical Council registration Certificate
  • Graduate and Post-Graduate Certificates
  • ACLS certification
  • ATLS certification for Registrar posts and above in A&E
  • Current Garda Vetting and/or International Police Clearance from all countries in which you have lived for an unbroken period of 12 months or longer.
  • Signed General Declaration Form
  • Contact details for 3 referees who have supervised your work, at least one of which should relate to the last 6 months. Only work landline telephone numbers and work email addresses are acceptable.
