TTM Allied Health have a stringent and extensive compliance checking process. Please find below a list of the certified documentation we require for all Allied Health Professionals.

  • Current Garda Vetting
  • TTM Health Questionnaire
  • Contact Details of Three Referees, all of whom must be at supervisor level, the referees must be relevant to your application. Can you please include their name, title, organisation address, telephone number and email address please. If you cannot provide 3 supervisors, you can also include academic references from your University.(We do not require written references as we will conduct a telephonic reference with your Referees)
  • We require Police Clearance Certification for every country that you have lived in for 6 months or more since the age of 18, regardless of your employment status in that country. Therefore if you have resided in any country for a period of six months or more we require a certificate that covers you up to the point you exited. **
  • Passport**
  • Qualifications **
  • Validation ** if you received your qualification outside of Ireland it may be need to validated by the relevant board.
  • Evidence of Professional Membership e.g. PSI , IIRT, AMLS, etc
  • If applicable, any stamps / visas / GNIB which enable you to work in Republic Ireland**
  • Evidence of your PPS No, e.g. P45, P60, Notice of Tax Credits, government letterhead stating your PPS No. **

The documents indicated above  with ** must be certified as true photocopies. To do this, bring the original and a photocopy to your local Police Station. They will look at both and stamp and sign the photocopy. Then post the stamped copy to TTM Healthcare – Social Care Team, Ballymaley Business Park, Ennis, Co. Clare.
