Biography Richard Morton
Richard joined TTM in 2003 based in the Ennis office and has worked across all areas of the business since then – currently he manages the Medical divisions that recruit across professions including Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Life Science and Pharma/Bio-Tech areas.
He began his recruitment career in London in 1989 walking into an agency armed only with a Degree in French and naïve belief that he could get a job in “sales”. He walked out with a job as a Junior Recruitment Consultant starting the next day and has never looked back. In the UK he managed teams recruiting temporary and permanent Accountants into the Banking and Commerce fields before moving to Ireland in 2000. With TTM Healthcare, he developed an expertise in multi-person cross-border recruitment projects before building TTM’s Doctors division over the last number of years. An avid networker, Richard has been an Ambassador for Business Network International and sits on the National Recruitment Federation’s regional committee. He is also a Trustee of TTM’s charity Care Leavers Ireland.
Outside of work hours, Richard relaxes by listening to 80’s Indie bands, playing a round of golf and following the trials and tribulations of Coventry City Football Club.
