Biography Paula McDonnell
Paula joined TTM three and a half years ago as a team manager in our busy Social Care division, she has been working in recruitment for over ten years starting off her recruitment career in Retail in the UK managing teams of recruiters and developing market sectors across the North London area. On her return to Ireland she worked in a large PLC managing up to 600 temporary contractors across the industrial, IT, commercial and hospitality division in the Mid West.
Her role in TTM involves the overall management of operations and quality processes for the Social Care team ensuring client needs are met through a constant flow of qualified and vetted professionals such as, qualified Social Care workers, Social Workers, Support workers, Health Care attendants and Family support workers. Her role is to ensure that client requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner in Social Care. She also takes a lead role on developing our Locum division across all sectors in TTM.
Paula has recently taken up Tag Rugby much to the dismay of her team members and in her spare time she also likes to return home to the West for leisurely strolls on the beaches of Mayo.
