Biography
Brian joined TTM in 2011as Performance and Development Manager. Previous to this, he has been working in the Recruitment sector for over 12 years, managing teams of Technical Recruiters and Project Managing large campaigns for some of Ireland’s largest multinational organizations.
During this period, Brian also founded and successfully ran his own Recruitment Agency, which he sold in 2005.
At TTM he is responsible for People & Performance Management working with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management team on the strategic direction for the business, whilst also providing operations support in the development, planning and implementation of innovations, projects, strategies, and work practices.
He has operational responsibility for the business and its service delivery throughout our divisions in Ireland, UK, Poland & Hungary.
In his spare time Brian likes to follow the exploits of the Munster Rugby team and like his colleague Paula, he too has taken up Tag Rugby to form part of the formidable team that is the “TTM Tryers”
